Cancellations
Walks / Play Groups / Hikes
Charges will apply for same-day cancellations for scheduled walks or visits after 9 a.m.
There is no charge for cancellations due to inclement weather.
If a client is a no show to their appointment, full charges will apply.
If a dog walker does not show to an appointment, the next scheduled walk at the same rate is at no charge.
Boarding / Sitting / Day Care
Clients may cancel up to 2 days prior to the start of a scheduled stay at no charge.
Cancellations within 2 days are subject to a 25% charge of the entire agreed service term.
Dogs can be dropped off or picked up between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Before, or afterward, an over night stay will apply
Weather
Weather plays a major roll in our daily business, but that’s not to say we aren’t prepared. Rain, snow, cold and heat are all apart of living in New England, so our walkers are out there, because when your dog has to go - well - they gotta go! With that said, the safety of the pups and our walkers is our #1 priority. When there is a local weather alert in our scheduled area, we may wait for bad weather to pass, or cut the walk short, or we may even need to cancel a walk if the danger is still imminent over an extended period of time. This goes for lightning, high wind, heavy snow, ice and hazardous air quality, to name a few.
We will notify our clients with any possible changes to their services on bad weather days.
